Location of Business
Drizzels Designs Studio operates from Kempton Park, South Africa. All clothing is designed and tailored in-house. Clients are required to visit the premises for measurements and fittings.

Custom Clothing & Collection
Because all items are custom-made to a client’s measurements, Drizzels Designs Studio does not ship products outside South Africa. Clients are expected to collect their garments personally unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returns

• All garments are made-to-order and tailored for the specific client.
• Returns are not accepted once the item has been collected or worn, except where required by South African consumer law.
• Weight fluctuations, measurement changes, or incorrect information provided by the client are not the responsibility of the designer.

Client Responsibility
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• You provided accurate body measurements.
• You understand that garments are created specifically for your body type.
• You accept that once the garment is complete and handed over, the responsibility lies with you.
