Refund Policy

Custom Orders
All garments are designed and handmade specifically for each client. Because of this, no refunds are provided once work has commenced.

Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in cases where:

• The garment has a proven manufacturing defect (not related to body changes or client-provided measurements).
• South African law explicitly requires a refund.

Legal Disclaimer

• Clients purchase garments at their own risk.
• If a dispute arises and a client takes legal action, the client agrees that:
  • Drizzels Designs Studio and its employees are not liable for body changes, incorrect measurements provided, or damages caused by the client’s own use.
  • Should a court rule in favour of the client, the client will remain responsible for all work already completed, including but not limited to: time, measurements, materials, and labour. The exact value will be determined by Drizzels Designs Studio and is binding.
